I needed a deep clean for my new apartment done ASAP. When I called SELAH for a quote and let Lynn know I needed it done as soon as possible, she managed to squeeze me in for an appointment the very next day! The team that came over was an absolute joy. Personable, quick, and timely. I stepped out to go shopping while they worked and by the time I got back they were finishing up! I should have checked their work more thoroughly before letting them leave, though, because I noticed afterward some gunky buildup near some baseboards which was not taken care of—not their fault, you would've had to get on your hands and knees to see it and scrape it off. When Lynn called me shortly after to ask how my experience was on a scale of 1 to 5, I said 4.5 and informed her of the buildup left behind, letting her know everything else was perfect. She immediately told me another cleaner would come by that same day and take care of any gunk or issues I still had, FREE of any extra charge, until I was satisfied enough to give the clean 5 stars. And no wonder this business only has 5 star reviews—within the hour another kind, thorough cleaner was meticulously cleaning my floors until they came out spotless! If I ever need another clean or am asked for a cleaning company recommendation, I will immediately turn to SELAH in the future. I highly recommend working with them!
